REGISTRATION STEPS:

For PARTICIPANTS:

1. Navigate to the REGISTER button and fill out the form (ensure that you have paid the fee and uploaded the proof of payment).

2. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

For PRESENTERS (Oral / Poster):

1. Download the extended abstract template and utilize it to create your extended abstract.

2. Submit your extended abstract.

3. Proceed to the REGISTER button, complete the form (ensuring payment of the fee and uploading proof of payment).

SUBMISSION OF EXTENDED ABSTRACT

1. Submission of extended abstract must be accordance to the template given - The 10th ACPES International Conference.

2. The language of the conference is English.

3. All extended abstracts will be published in the extended abstract book in the 10th ACPES International Conference Book with e-ISBN.

4. Notification of acceptance and the paper ID will be sent to the presenter's email once we receive the extended abstract.

5. Authors need to pay the fees following the instructions posted on the FEE & PAYMENT section on our website. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference e-proceeding and journal publication.

SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER

1. Publication decisions will be made by the editorial board members of respective journals based on the reviewers’ recommendations, quality and content suitability of the articles submitted. ALL accepted full papers will be submitted for consideration for publication in one of the following refereed, Scopus/ERA/MyCite indexed journals. Publication decisions will be made by the Journal Chief Editor based on the reviewers’ recommendations, quality and content suitability of the articles submitted. Purely conceptual papers without experimental validation or sufficient questionnaire surveys analysis are likely to be given less consideration.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION 

POSTER DISPLAY PRESENTATION

• Poster must be in the following format: portrait A1 size (59.5cm width x 84.1cm height)

• Conference ID number must be clearly put on the top right corner of the poster.

• The poster should provide adequate information to convey key points clearly.

• Participants are responsible for printing the poster and required to display their poster up at the 

designated poster exhibition area on the required date (please refer to the latest conference’s 

programme tentative).

• The authors must be present during the poster evaluation session by the judges (please refer to the latest conference’s programme tentative).

• BEST poster award will be given to three (3) best posters. Judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence would be entertained.

TIPS!

o   Use short sentences, simple words, and bullets to illustrate your points.

o   Self-explanatory graphics should dominate the poster. The success of a poster directly relates to the clarity of your illustrations and tables!

o   Avoid using jargon, acronyms, or unusual abbreviations.

o   The poster (text and graphics) should be easily readable from a distance of about 2 metres.

o   Don’t let the design of your poster overshadow the content.
